Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Swipe2Play, also presented as 10000 Offline Games, including the mobile app, website, accounts, mini-games, leaderboards, subscriptions, advertising, rewards, and related services.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Swipe2Play, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The Service
Swipe2Play is a mobile gaming app that offers a rotating mix of mini-games, offline-friendly gameplay, optional accounts, leaderboards, digital collectibles, premium subscriptions, and advertising-supported free access. Features may differ by platform, region, device, app version, subscription status, and internet availability.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age required in your country to use Swipe2Play. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the app only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the app, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. App Store Terms
Your download and use of Swipe2Play may also be governed by Apple App Store, Google Play, device manufacturer, and operating system terms. If these Terms conflict with mandatory app store rules, the applicable app store rules may control for that specific issue.
4. Accounts, Guest Play, and Sign-In
Swipe2Play may allow you to play as a guest, sign in with Apple, sign in with Google, or link a guest account to an authentication provider. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for all activity under it.
Guest play is provided for convenience. Guest progress may be lost if you uninstall the app, clear device data, change devices, or lose the local identifier before linking the account. We are not responsible for progress lost because a guest account was not linked.
5. Usernames and Profile Information
You may choose a username and country for leaderboard and competition features. Usernames may be visible to other users. You agree not to use usernames that are offensive, abusive, misleading, impersonating, illegal, or that reveal private information.
We may change, hide, or remove usernames or profile information at our discretion if they violate these Terms or create risk for users or the service.
6. Gameplay and Offline Features
Swipe2Play is designed for fast, casual, offline-friendly gameplay. Some game content may be available without a connection, but features such as accounts, purchase verification, ads, subscriptions, leaderboards, app updates, reward eligibility, sync, and collectible claiming may require internet access.
We do not guarantee that every game, level, record, reward, or online feature will be available at all times or on every device.
7. Scores, Records, and Leaderboards
Leaderboards are provided for entertainment and competition. Scores may be based on game performance, timing, ranking rules, server validation, and other criteria. Leaderboard resets, delays, outages, bugs, or sync differences may occur.
We may review, adjust, remove, hide, reset, or disqualify scores or rankings if we believe they are inaccurate, abusive, fraudulent, generated by cheating, caused by technical problems, or harmful to competition integrity. Our leaderboard decisions are final unless we decide otherwise.
8. Weekly Rewards and Digital Collectibles
Swipe2Play may offer weekly or seasonal digital collectibles. Collectibles are in-app rewards for entertainment, display, status, and progress. They do not represent real-world property, money, cryptocurrency, securities, NFTs, prizes, sweepstakes entries, or cash-equivalent value.
Reward requirements may vary depending on leaderboard placement, number of qualified games, subscription status, competition period, region, app version, and backend rules. Premium subscribers may qualify with fewer leaderboard achievements than free users when that benefit is active.
We may change, rotate, delay, replace, correct, remove, or discontinue collectibles and reward rules at any time. If your app version does not include the current collectible asset, you may need to update the app to view or claim it.
9. Premium Subscriptions
Swipe2Play may offer optional subscriptions such as weekly, monthly, yearly, or other premium plans. Premium benefits may include reduced or removed ads, easier collectible qualification, offline-focused benefits, exclusive or early access features, or other benefits shown in the app.
Subscription prices, billing periods, trials, renewal terms, cancellation rules, taxes, and refund options are displayed by Apple App Store or Google Play before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the applicable app store before renewal.
We may update premium benefits over time. If a feature depends on third-party services, platform rules, backend availability, or app version, availability may vary.
10. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
Payments are processed by Apple or Google, not directly by us. We do not control app store billing, refund decisions, payment methods, taxes, currency conversion, or chargebacks. To cancel a subscription, manage billing, or request a refund, use Apple App Store or Google Play account settings and support channels.
Deleting the app or deleting your Swipe2Play account does not automatically cancel a subscription. You must cancel subscriptions through the app store where you purchased them.
11. Advertising
The free version may show ads, including rewarded, interstitial, banner, or other ad formats. Ads may be delivered by third-party advertising partners and may depend on your region, device settings, consent status, and platform rules. We are not responsible for third-party ad content, advertiser websites, or offers shown by ad networks.
12. Updates and Version Requirements
We may release updates to add games, collectibles, features, fixes, security improvements, compatibility changes, or legal/policy changes. Some updates may be optional, while others may be required to continue using online features, claiming rewards, accessing leaderboards, restoring purchases, or using the app safely.
13. Acceptable Use
You agree not to engage in:
- cheating, score manipulation, automation, bots, scripts, memory editing, reverse engineering, or exploiting bugs;
- attempting to bypass ads, purchases, subscriptions, account systems, leaderboard logic, or reward requirements;
- using offensive, misleading, impersonating, hateful, sexually explicit, or privacy-invasive usernames;
- interfering with servers, APIs, security systems, payment systems, or other users;
- copying, reselling, sublicensing, distributing, or modifying the app except where permitted by law;
- using the app for illegal activity or in violation of app store rules.
14. Anti-Cheat, Abuse Prevention, and Enforcement
We may use automated or manual methods to detect cheating, fraud, suspicious activity, leaderboard manipulation, payment abuse, account abuse, or violations of these Terms. We may suspend, terminate, restrict, reset, remove scores, remove rewards, block access, or take other action if we believe these Terms were violated.
15. Intellectual Property
Swipe2Play, 10000 Offline Games, logos, characters, icons, gameplay systems, designs, code, text, artwork, animations, sounds, videos, collectibles, and related content are owned by us or licensed to us. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal entertainment only.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, sell, lease, sublicense, or exploit the app or its content except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.
16. User Feedback
If you send ideas, suggestions, bug reports, feature requests, or other feedback, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to improve the app or related services.
17. Third-Party Services
Swipe2Play may use third-party services such as app stores, sign-in providers, subscription providers, ad networks, analytics, hosting, backend infrastructure, and crash reporting. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
18. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information. By using Swipe2Play, you also agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
19. Account Deletion and Termination
You may request account deletion where available in the app. We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms, create risk, abuse the service, engage in fraud, manipulate leaderboards, or violate app store policies.
Account deletion or termination may result in loss of scores, progress, collectibles, leaderboard records, premium in-app state, and other app data. Subscriptions must still be canceled through Apple or Google.
20. Availability and Changes to the App
We may modify, pause, remove, discontinue, replace, or restrict any part of the app at any time, including games, rewards, collectibles, subscriptions, ads, leaderboards, online services, and app features. We may also impose limits on use, access, or availability.
21. Disclaimers
Swipe2Play is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, accuracy of scores, availability of rewards, and compatibility with every device or platform.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of progress, lost rewards, lost collectibles, subscription issues, interrupted service, device problems, or inability to access the app.
23. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the app, violation of these Terms, misuse of the service, or infringement of rights of another person.
24. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, you agree to first contact us through the support channel listed on the app store page so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
25. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we may notify you through the app, website, or app store listing. Continued use of Swipe2Play after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
26. Contact
For questions about these Terms, account deletion, subscriptions, or support, contact us through the support channel listed on the Swipe2Play app store page or inside the app settings.
