Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Swipe2Play, also presented as 10000 Offline Games, collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects information when you use our mobile application, website, backend services, leaderboards, subscriptions, rewards, and related features.
By using Swipe2Play, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the app.
1. Who We Are
Swipe2Play is a mobile gaming app that offers a rotating mix of mini-games, offline-friendly play, accounts, leaderboards, weekly collectible rewards, optional subscriptions, and advertising-supported free gameplay. References to “Swipe2Play,” “10000 Offline Games,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean the developer and operator of the app.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the information needed to operate, protect, personalize, and improve the app. The categories may include:
Account and profile data
- Username, selected country, account identifier, guest identifier, and authentication provider identifiers.
- Email address or name only when provided by Apple or Google sign-in and made available to the app.
- Account linking status, sign-in method, and account deletion or sign-out requests.
Gameplay and competition data
- Scores, best scores, ranking positions, game identifiers, competition period, leaderboard entries, and timestamps.
- Weekly collectible progress, reward eligibility, claimed rewards, unlocked collectibles, and premium reward status.
- Game session events such as plays, starts, exits, performance, errors, and app version used.
Purchase and subscription data
- Subscription entitlement status, renewal status, expiration status, trial status, product identifier, platform, and transaction-related identifiers provided by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat.
- We do not receive or store your full credit card number, banking information, or payment password.
Device, diagnostics, and technical data
- Device type, operating system, app version, language, approximate region, IP-derived general location, crash reports, diagnostics, logs, and performance data.
- Advertising identifiers or similar device identifiers where permitted by platform rules and your consent/settings.
Support and communication data
- Information you send when requesting support, reporting a bug, asking for account deletion, or contacting us through the app store or in-app settings.
3. Information You Provide Directly
You may provide information when you:
- choose a username and country during onboarding;
- continue as a guest;
- sign in with Apple or Google;
- link a guest account to an Apple or Google account;
- contact support or submit a request;
- restore purchases, subscribe, or manage premium access.
4. Information Collected Automatically
When you use the app, certain information may be collected automatically by the app, operating system, app stores, analytics tools, advertising SDKs, subscription tools, and backend services. This may include device information, app version, gameplay events, crash logs, diagnostics, advertising identifiers, approximate location based on IP address, and usage patterns.
5. How We Use Information
We use information for the following purposes:
- create, identify, restore, and manage guest or authenticated accounts;
- save scores, rankings, records, progress, and collectibles;
- display daily, weekly, and all-time leaderboards;
- calculate weekly collectible eligibility for free and premium players;
- verify premium subscription status and remove or reduce ads where applicable;
- detect cheating, abuse, fraud, suspicious activity, or leaderboard manipulation;
- deliver ads, measure ad performance, and manage frequency where permitted;
- debug crashes, improve performance, fix bugs, and test new features;
- send update, security, account, or service-related notices when needed;
- comply with legal obligations, app store rules, and platform requirements.
6. Legal Bases for Processing
Depending on your location, we process data based on one or more legal bases: performance of a contract with you, your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the app, compliance with legal obligations, and the need to prevent fraud or abuse.
7. Authentication with Apple and Google
If you choose Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In, the provider may share an account identifier, authentication token, email address, display name, or other information depending on your provider settings and consent. We use this information to create, restore, or link your Swipe2Play account. Apple and Google process your data under their own privacy policies.
8. Guest Accounts and Account Linking
Guest accounts are intended to let you start playing quickly. Guest data may be tied to a local or generated identifier. If you uninstall the app, clear device data, change devices, or lose the guest identifier, we may not be able to restore guest progress unless the account was linked to Apple or Google before the loss.
9. Leaderboards, Scores, and Public Competition Data
Username, country, rank, score, game name, collectible progress, and related competition information may be visible to other users in leaderboard or reward screens. Do not use a username that reveals private information you do not want visible.
We may remove, hide, adjust, or keep certain leaderboard data when necessary to prevent cheating, preserve competition integrity, comply with legal obligations, or investigate bugs.
10. Collectibles and Rewards
Swipe2Play may use gameplay and leaderboard data to determine whether you qualify for weekly or seasonal collectible rewards. Collectibles are digital in-app rewards and may be shown in your collection. If a future app version contains collectibles that are not available in your installed version, the app may prompt you to update.
11. Subscriptions, Purchases, and RevenueCat
Premium subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. RevenueCat may be used to manage and verify subscription entitlements across platforms. We receive subscription status and entitlement information so the app can unlock premium features. We do not receive or store full payment card details.
Purchase history and subscription status may be retained as required to provide premium access, restore purchases, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and comply with app store or tax/legal requirements.
12. Advertising, AppLovin MAX, and Tracking Choices
The free version of Swipe2Play may show ads through AppLovin MAX and advertising partners. Advertising partners may process device identifiers, ad identifiers, approximate location, app interactions, ad impressions, clicks, and diagnostic data to deliver ads, measure performance, prevent fraud, and comply with ad network requirements.
On iOS, tracking may depend on App Tracking Transparency permission. On Android, advertising personalization may depend on Google Play settings, consent flows, region, and device-level advertising preferences. You can adjust ad tracking or personalization settings through your device and platform settings.
13. Analytics, Diagnostics, and Crash Reports
We may use analytics and diagnostic tools to understand app usage, identify crashes, measure performance, detect bugs, and improve the app. Crash reports may include device model, operating system version, app version, logs, stack traces, and technical information related to the crash.
14. When We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with:
- Apple App Store and Sign in with Apple
- Google Play and Google Sign-In
- RevenueCat for subscription entitlement management
- AppLovin MAX and advertising partners for ad delivery and measurement
- Hosting, backend, analytics, crash reporting, security, and infrastructure providers
- law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, users, or the service;
- successors or affiliates if the app, business, or assets are transferred, merged, reorganized, or sold.
15. International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live. Data protection laws may differ by country. When required, we rely on appropriate safeguards or legal mechanisms to protect transferred data.
16. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the app, maintain accounts, operate leaderboards, manage subscriptions, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and the reason it is stored.
Some records, such as purchase history, fraud prevention logs, security records, or leaderboard integrity data, may be retained even after account deletion where required or permitted by law.
17. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
18. Your Choices and Controls
- You can choose guest play where available instead of Apple or Google sign-in.
- You can sign out from the app where the feature is available.
- You can manage subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play.
- You can adjust ad tracking and personalization settings on your device.
- You can request account deletion where available in the app or through the support channel listed on the app store page.
19. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your Swipe2Play account from the app settings where available. Account deletion may remove or anonymize your username, country, account links, scores, collectible progress, rewards, and related account data from active systems.
Deleting your Swipe2Play account does not automatically cancel subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google. You must cancel subscriptions through the relevant app store. Some data may remain in backups, transaction records, fraud prevention systems, or legal compliance records for a limited period.
20. Children's Privacy
Swipe2Play is not intended for children under 13 or under the minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
21. Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To exercise rights, contact us through the support channel listed on the app store page or inside the app settings. We may need to verify your identity before processing a request.
22. California, EEA, UK, and Other Regional Notices
If privacy laws in your region provide additional rights, we will honor those rights where applicable. For California residents, we do not sell personal information as commonly understood. Some advertising or analytics activities may be considered “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under certain privacy laws. You can use device-level settings and consent controls to manage those activities where available.
23. Third-Party Links and Services
The app or website may link to third-party services such as app stores, ad networks, authentication providers, or support channels. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.
24. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are significant, we may notify you in the app, on this website, or through the app store listing. The effective date above indicates when this policy was last updated.
25. Contact Us
For privacy questions, account deletion, or data requests, contact us through the support channel listed on the Swipe2Play app store page or inside the app settings.
