Terms of Service for Positify

These Terms govern your use of Positify: Daily Affirmations. By accessing or using the app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use Positify. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your credentials and activity under your account.

2. Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through the platform where they were purchased. Payments and refunds are handled under App Store or Google Play policies.

3. User content

You retain ownership of affirmations and recordings you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that content to operate the app. You must have the rights to content you submit.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Positify unlawfully, infringe others' rights, distribute harmful content, interfere with the service or attempt to bypass its security.

5. Intellectual property

The app, branding, software and service content—excluding your user content—are owned by Positify or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer

Positify is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Affirmations and guided content support general wellbeing and are not medical or mental-health advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Positify will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages related to use of the app.

8. Changes

We may update the app or these Terms. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the changes.
