Welcome to Eat More Veggies ("Eat More Veggies," "we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Eat More Veggies provides educational information about the nutritional value of fruits, vegetables, and other foods through image scanning and AI analysis. The information is for informational purposes only and is not intended as medical, dietary, or nutritional advice.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Some features of the App require a paid subscription. Subscriptions may be offered on a weekly, annual, or other basis, and provide access to premium features as long as your subscription remains active.
Payments are processed securely through third-party platforms such as the App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Pricing and subscription plans are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated in advance, and your continued use of the subscription after changes take effect constitutes your agreement to the new pricing.
Refund requests are handled in accordance with the policies of the App Store or Google Play Store where the purchase was made.
By using the App's scanning features, you grant Eat More Veggies the right to temporarily process images for analysis using artificial intelligence models. We do not permanently store your images unless you explicitly choose to save them in your personal history. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
All content within the App, including AI outputs, text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Eat More Veggies and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use only.
The App and all information provided are offered "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. Eat More Veggies does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any nutritional information provided.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eat More Veggies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We may update the App or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Eat More Veggies is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
